1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to note4d, an online betting and lottery platform operated for players in Indonesia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and note4d (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the note4d website at https://note4d.cam (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of note4d after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: The personal user account created by a Player on the note4d Platform, secured by unique login credentials.
• Bet: A wager placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• Bonus: Promotional credit awarded to Players subject to specific wagering requirements and terms as published on the Platform.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity verification procedures required to confirm Player identity, age, and residency.
• Platform: The note4d website (https://note4d.cam), including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces and features.
• Stake: The amount of money wagered on a Bet.
• Withdrawal: The process by which a Player requests to transfer funds from their note4d Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use note4d, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport).
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

note4d reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Creation

You may create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, all such Accounts will be closed, and any associated balances and winnings will be voided.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for updating your Account details to maintain accuracy. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify note4d customer support immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

note4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. All deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within the processing time stated for the selected payment method.

Deposits made to your Account are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and referral to law enforcement authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified via our KYC process (see Section 5).
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be met before Bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Maximum processing time: 24 hours.

note4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. We may also apply anti-money laundering checks in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

To comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud, note4d requires all Players to complete identity verification. You may be asked to provide:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian KTP (identity card) or passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months).
• A selfie holding your identity document for facial verification.
• Bank account or e-wallet ownership verification (screenshot of account holder name).

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

note4d offers various Bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times you must wager the Bonus amount before associated winnings can be withdrawn (e.g., 5× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 Bonus means you must place Rp 500.000 in total Bets).
• Eligible Games: Some Bonuses may only be used on specific game categories (e.g., slots, sports betting, live casino).
• Maximum Bet Limits: While a Bonus is active, you may be restricted to a maximum Bet amount per wager.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after issue unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Abuse: Exploiting Bonuses through fraudulent means (e.g., creating multiple Accounts, colluding with other Players, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements) is strictly prohibited. note4d reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts engaged in Bonus abuse.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on note4d are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Bet selections before submission. Bets cannot be canceled or amended after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction).

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, Bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or game. In most cases, Bets on canceled events will be voided and Stakes refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

note4d offers betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), basketball, badminton, volleyball, tennis, and other sports. All sports Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.

Asian Handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under Bets follow industry-standard settlement rules. Mix Parlay (accumulator) Bets require all selections to win; if one selection loses, the entire Parlay loses.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, poker, baccarat, roulette, blackjack) offered on note4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing agencies. RTP percentages for each game are published in the game information panel.

7.4 Togel (Lottery)

note4d offers togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery game) with daily draws from international pools including Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), Macau, Taiwan, and Japan. All results are verified against official lottery pool announcements. Bets on 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Shio, and other markets are settled according to the published payout tables.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on note4d and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified identity documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Bonuses.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, or automated software to place Bets or manipulate gameplay.
• Money Laundering: Using note4d to launder proceeds from illegal activities.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between note4d and other platforms to guarantee profit.
• Insider Information: Betting on events where you possess non-public information that affects the outcome.

9. Responsible Gaming

note4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help you manage your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from note4d for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders showing your current session duration and balance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the note4d Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of note4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, note4d shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or third-party payment processor failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain login credential confidentiality.
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages).

In no event shall note4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the liability arose.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and note4d, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against note4d.

13. Amendments to Terms

note4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of note4d after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account balance. note4d may also close or suspend your Account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion.

Upon Account termination, all pending Bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance (excluding voided Bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of note4d shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
