note4d launched in 2018 with a singular mission: to provide Indonesian players with a world-class online betting platform that combines international security standards with deep local market understanding. At that time, Indonesian bettors faced a fragmented landscape — offshore platforms with poor Indonesian-language support, slow bank transfers, unclear terms, and little accountability. We set out to change that.
From our headquarters, we assembled a team of gaming industry veterans, software engineers, and customer support specialists fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. We secured partnerships with leading payment processors to enable instant deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and popular e-wallets like OVO, DANA, and GoPay. We integrated game content from globally recognized studios — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — ensuring every slot spin, card shuffle, and roulette drop met certified RNG fairness standards.
Today, note4d serves over 1.2 million registered members across Indonesia's major cities — Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Makassar, Semarang, and beyond. We process more than Rp 4.5 billion in daily payouts, offer 2,500+ live games and slots, and maintain a 98% average payout rate across our casino portfolio. Our 24/7 customer support team, staffed entirely by native Indonesian speakers, resolves 92% of inquiries within 15 minutes.
What sets note4d apart is our commitment to transparency and player empowerment. We publish RTP percentages for every slot game. We offer provably fair game verification tools so you can independently confirm the randomness of outcomes. We never hold withdrawals hostage with vague "processing delays" — most payouts hit your bank account within 15 minutes during business hours, with a 24-hour maximum guarantee. We implement responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion options because we believe sustainable play benefits everyone.
Our sports betting division covers every league Indonesian fans care about: BRI Liga 1 with clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United; international powerhouses like the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League; and major tournaments including the FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and continental qualifiers featuring Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda). We offer competitive odds on Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and live in-play betting with real-time odds updates.
Our lottery section brings Indonesia's most-searched game — togel (Toto Gelap) — to a secure, transparent online environment. We offer daily draws from Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, Togel Taiwan, and Togel Japan, with 4D/3D/2D prediction markets, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Shio, and other traditional bet types. Every result is verified against official international lottery pools — no manipulation, no delays.
Looking ahead, note4d is expanding our VIP rewards program with exclusive cashback tiers, personalized account managers for high-rollers, and luxury gifts for our most loyal members. We are also developing a mobile app optimized for Android and iOS to deliver an even smoother betting experience on the go. But our core values remain unchanged: fair play, fast payouts, and honest communication. Your trust is the foundation of everything we do, and we work every day to earn it.
